It seems slightly surreal to talk about myself in the third person. I started this food blog a little over 2 years ago, and I’ve been absolutely amazed and overwhelmed by the response from friends, family, and most of all strangers. I started it on a whim, during a dull exam period, and it was meant to be a sort of online-food-diary, to maybe try to curb my excesses. Well, the opposite happened. I am altogether far more excessive with my food, and far more adventurous. This blog has pushed me to try new things, constantly look for ideas and it’s been wonderful, if a little daunting for my bank account.
